Steps for Onboarding with a 2 week FREE Trial.

One on One Coaching and Overall Wellness - £50/Month
Bespoke one on one personal training plan with access to final surge app and daily contact with coach (No binding contract - pre-payment)

Group Coaching - Min. 10 people - £10/Person
A common training plan for a group will train for the same goal in distance running. Minimum 10 people. (No binding contract -pre-payment)

Corporate Wellness - Customised Quote
Creating running or fitness programmes for employees in your organisation (Fixed Term Contract - Pre Payment)

In Person Coaching - £85/Hr
One on One in person coaching by our head coach, Patric Clark in London. Outstation travel charged as per actuals.

Marathon & Race Coaching - Customised Quote
Create bespoke training strategies and endurance techniques for varying distances : 5k, 10k , Cross Country Races and Marathons. (Minimum 4 month contract- Pre Payment)

About the Founder & Head Coach
I believe long-distance running is a sport that welcomes everyone, no matter their background. It’s a journey of quiet, yet relentless competition—against your own potential. For nearly two decades, I’ve devoted my life to long-distance running. I’ve had the honour of representing Nottingham, Nottinghamshire County and the Midlands region at the highest domestic levels.
In 2019, my dedication to the sport led to a fully funded scholarship at American International College in Massachusetts, USA, where I had the incredible opportunity to compete and race internationally. Those experiences taught me not only the physical and mental demands of running but also the deep sense of fulfillment that comes from pushing beyond your limits.
Now, my mission is to help others unlock their full potential through running. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to hit a new personal best, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
